Great Western Mining Corporation plc held their Annual General Meeting at 11:00am this morning at the Herbert Hotel in Ballsbridge. A motion from the floor to replace the take out the words "gross revenue" and replace it with "net profit" in resolutions 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 was unanimously accepted.

Once amended, all resolutions passed unanimously.
